 Woodside is the only collection in Lincolnshire where you can see these incredible animals!  

   

By far our most requested experience, our Sloth encounter gives visitors the very rare chance to meet Lincolnshire’s only pair of Linnaeus Two-Toed Sloths, called Sid and Eelio.

This is a small group experience (maximum of 6) that will last 45 minutes, where you will get the chance to learn all about these elusive creatures from one of our experienced keepers.  You will then move on to meet another much more active primate species, usually our cheeky marmosets or ring-tailed Lemurs.

Enjoy the chance to:

    • Learn all about these elusive, yet fascinating species from one of their passionate keepers
    • Hand feed and meet Sid the Sloth and/or Eelio.
    • Hand feed our Marmosets or Lemurs.

Photos and videos are encouraged, and if you need an extra hand, your accompanying keeper will be more than happy to take them for you.

Please note, the experiences are usually held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Weekends and Bank Holidays do book up quickly so please book early to avoid disappointment if you require a certain date.
