Redeem A Voucher
Please note; we are currently unable to provide any animal experiences, as our indoor areas have to remain closed as per government guidelines. We will open up booking dates on our system once we know when we can safely open these areas.
If you already have a voucher for one of our fantastic experiences and you wish to book in, the process is very simple.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER:
- Make sure you have your gift voucher to hand.
- CLICK the VIP Experience button of your choice below.
You will be taken to our online booking system, where you can book in on your selected date.
PLEASE NOTE: Private experiences (Predator, Junior Keeper and Meerkat and Lemur) are currently being booked in small group sessions (maximum of 6 participants). This is to ensure we can honour all pre-purchased experiences before their expiry dates.
All experiences purchased before lock-down will receive a 4 month extension to their expiry dates, to make up for the booking time lost.
- If you wish to add additional participants or spectators, or if you have any special accessibility requirements or allergies that may be relevant, please let us know when you book.
- You may also call us on 01522 754280 during normal open times. (Try to avoid lunchtime at weekends and holidays!)
* Unfortunately we no longer provide new VIP Falconry Experiences. We can only honour vouchers, which have already been purchased.
